Room Rates are from 500 to 1600 THB according to the room type and the season.
It is a 12 room guest house with 2 x Huge Executive rooms which could be easily made into family rooms.
2 x rooms also have adjoining rooms which can sell for family rooms. It has Easy Book reservation system which is a simple and fantastic booking system. Wifi to every room.
The added attraction with motor bike hire, food and pushing the bar more would increase the cash flow a lot and if you put effort in this business, the income will be much more.
The asking price is extremely low and is a real bargain and the rental still have a 9 year lease set in place.
The rent is very low and a pharmacy which is sub let to you pays 20.000 THB per month.
The present rental is 60.000 THB per month until 30 September 2010. From this period on it will be 70000bht a month. There is a 300.000 THB security on the building.
The next term rental shall not raise no more than 10% per full term (3 years) with no key money for this term. The following term is the same. The Pharmacy sub-let is 20.000 THB per month with a 40.000 THB security paid up front.
